Maybe the developer thought * would allow any CC to be used. Have your
code checked and you may find the issue. Also run a trace SU53 is not
really a great place to start a witch hunt.

We have given access to tcode AS82 for one company code(ex-100)
When user is trying to access tcode, its giving some missing authorization.
Then we have asked him to take SU53.
In that authorization object A_S_ANLGR is missing with field values ACTVT-02 and

Why it is forcibly asking to maintain * instead of particular company code?
