My question is related to the extent of authorization part only. The idea behind that Position creation authorization is central whereas the hiring of the employee and separation is at sub area level (payroll area). So the the ID is used for separation of the employee can not create a new employee (hiring) unless it is centrally approved even for the same left position. So the requirement is the moment employee is separated the object for the position should be de-limited and on obtaining the approval from the centre delimited position once again is delimited i.e opened. I have checked through PP01 for vacancy (filled / open) does not work. PO13 is not working. Any other solution please.

An employee may resign or be terminated from a position. Unless the position becomes redundant or not required, there is no reason for the position to be filled by another person.
