Please you need to select the particular maintenance item you need the work order for and then the manual call.

I pulled up a maintenance plan I experiment with. I added two maintenance items to it and did a manual call with IP10. This generated two orders. I then added another maintenance item to the plan and did another manual call with IP10. This generated 3 items (for a total of 5).
I only wanted it to create one new order; for the one new maintenance item that had been added. Is there a way to do this?
When I do a manual call in IP10, the only prompt I get is for a date. Should I be seeing something else? |
