Goto OANR & provide the Number range Interval

Goto SPRO-->IMG-->SAP Netweaver-->Application server-->Basis
Services-->Archive link-->Print list Customizing-->Edit Document types.

Check the document class set to JPG or not.

Now to link the Employee photo In IT0002

Goto SPRO-->IMG-->Personnel Management-->Personnel
Administration-->Tools-->Optical Archiving-->Set up Optical Archiving in HR

Now define Content server ID

Goto SPRO-->IMG-->SAP Netweaver-->Basis services-->Archive link-->Basic
Customizing-->Define Content Repositories or Use T-code OACO
