We are implementing ChaRM at a customer. We are working in replacing a demand system for IT using ITSM, (incident, problem, change request and change document). Currently they are using a tool which works as a Project Portfolio Management, and all IT people are assigned to project.
One of the functionalities they are currently using in the tool is the use of Timesheet, where IT people enter their weekly worked assigned to the different project and tasks. Then they explode a lot of data regarding hours spent in project, tasks and so on.
In charm we have a section where people can assign actual time spent in a ticket. However the functionality is not a real weekly timesheet.
I was taking a look at PPM functionality in Solman but I was not able to find how to solve the issue of time assignment or timesheet. In the old times there was an CATS functionality (Cross Application Time Sheet).
Any idea where to find further information about this?
