Sunnyboy,

Check field LAGP_REIHF. SAP created this field as a way to handle just this type of picking sort requirememt. It re-sequence the bins in a different order then the standard ascending ASCII sequence order the system generally uses.

In addition, if you read my post, I said use a sequential numerical number. I never said fill the field w/ transposed bin data. This field is only used as an internal sorting mechanism.

We have a warehouse with 30,000 + bins and a conveyor that serpentines the warehouse. The aisles/bins are oriented in the same direction throughout the warehouse. If I want to ensure that the bins are selected based on the direction of the conveyor at different points in the warehouse, then I can use this technique.

In the following example, if the pick sort indicator is left blank, the system selects the bins in the order they are listed below:

Bin #
01-01-01A
01-01-01B
01-01-01C
01-01-01D

However, if the pick sort indicator is filled with a sequential numerical number, the bins will be sorted based on the indicator and nt the bin number.

Bin # LAGP_ REIF
01-01-01D '000001'
01-01-01C '000002'
01-01-01B '000003'
01-01-01A '000004'

Subject: Storage Bin Determination for Stock Removal

Hi Experts,
I would like to know if it is possible to determine the Storage Bin during the Stock Removal process?
I have the following scenario: The same material and batch number split in four different bins in the same storage type.
Material: 10200
Batch Number: B409
Bin A1-02-03: 200 KG (the chosen one)
Bin A1-03-03: 200 KG
Bin A1-03-04: 200 KG
Bin A1-04-01: 200 KG
However, I need to change the sequence. Is it possible to do it? For example, change the criteria and start to determine the bin regarding the last parameter first?
A1-04-01

So, the bin A1-04-01 would be the first one.

Thank you!
