Go with T-code--> swo1.
Enter the name of BO as zbus0012. create.
Specify all details.
select Keyfieds or click on keyfields.
and go to menu.
Edit-->create.
create with dictionary field proposals? yes.
enter custom table name.
choose fields.
select particular field.
edit-->change release status--> object type component--> to implemented and then to released.
This should work fine.
