Reply from kerry on Apr 9 at 7:36 AM Take a look at the dump in ST22 and click on information on where terminated. Determine if the issue has to do with "retrieving addresses". Also, display the account in SU01. Is the page mostly blank? If so, your issue has to do with a problem with accessing user name info. I use tcode SU01_OLD to delete these. SAP changed our current version of SU01 (not sure what support pack did this) to abort in the event of address errors. The old version posts messages and allows you to continue the delete process.
