Hi

When we implemented this requiremen, a custom program has been developed to pull the child garnishment details and the below is the file format we have used.

Well during our testing we had similar problem. When we verified the third party payroll posting, we identified that during the Service packs data referesh our HR master data refreshed where as FI remainedand it caused the problem for ACH record type '7' with 'RMR' instead of 'DED'.

Also when the third posting is carried out, the rference document will be something like 634..... 45345.

However, hwen we have correct data. Also check the vendor dat whether it exists or not.

File format :

All these below details must be maintained for the employee and your IT0194 should have the 'Immediate Remittance ACH' as payment method which will be read by our custom program.

(DED08) FIPS Code
(DED07) Non-Custodial Parent Name
(DED06) Medical Support Indicator
(DED05) Non Custodial Parent Social Security Number
(DED04) Payment Amount
(DED03) Pay date
(DED02) Case Identifier
(DED01) Segment & Application Identifier

Subject: ACH Addenda Record 7 Segment Identifier

We are currently attempting to implement ACH Files for Child Support Payments. I have completed configuration in the Payment Medium Workbench. I am able to get a file downloaded with the addenda record 7 containing the HR information. However, the addenda record contains more information than is required. Only segment *DED* is required, however the file also contains segment *ISA* and *BPR*. What am I missing in configuration that is causing these additional records to appear? How do I get rid of ISA and BPR from writing to the file?
