Reply from jc_plummer on Mar 12 at 11:36 PM After executing the transaction and viewing the grid, are you populating the "Pers. No." field in the "default values" row? If so, did you click the Save "Default" button just above and to the left? That should save the personal number in as a default and retain it in the default values column. Revert if you don't see that button, or if clicking it appears to do nothing, check for an authorization error in su53 or have your folks run a trace. Also see if you can save the default values in the "edit" pull down menu if the button isn't there. Populating the personnel number in the default values works great when folks are doing their own time confirmations, not so much when a supervisor is doing them for a bunch of folks.
