Subject: Not Retaining the 7th Day Counter When Running Time Evaluation As Background Job

Hello all,

This is my very first post on this forum, so thank you in advance for reading and/or replying to this post.

The situation I have is I wrote a PCR where I would accumulate the 7th day counter via Operation ADDMB to time type 9922, which I can see in the SALDO table. I am using this Operation because the value needs to carry over into the next payroll week and payroll period. We are a bi-weekly payroll company, and the 7th day premium can occur at any day of the week for one of the unions. I have successfully implemented TM for a total of 6 unions in total the past 9 months and I am stuck on this one for the last two pay periods, and still unable find a solution to it.

In any case, it's not working (getting wrong value on TT 9922)for some employees when the Time Evaluation job processed in background (nightly except for payroll Mondays), however, it would worked 100% of the time when a Force Calculation date is entered.

Does anyone know why this would happen? Is it has to do with Cluster B2 table via tcode PT66?

I have also configured TT 9922 with '1' for both options in the Transfer period balance section.

Thanks,
Duong
