TR log will not update on the target system and config changes were moved.

Subject: Transport Log Missing After Client Copy
Hi,
We have performed a remote client copy with SAP_ALL profile from Quality to TRN system.Client copy was successfull and all the config changes were moved to target system.However We can not find the transport number of source system in target system.Config is there but transport log is missing.
STMS log,SE01 and SE03 does not show the TR log( It says does not find transport request) We have also compared the E070 table of source and target system but many TRs are missing in target E070 table.
Please advice.
