As per the suggestion I have the parameter value of parameter ipc/shm_psize_40 from 98000000 to 144000000. Please let me know if there are any more change that need to be done in the server.

I am facing issues with my production server , every month end when users start taking out reports from PRODUCTION server then automatically SAPOSCOL stop working and gives error shared memory full. due to this our server performance also goes down, server start working very slow.
Then after server reboot all start working smoothly.
I have SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP 6 on SUSE linux 11.2 OS with Sybase 15.7 DB.
Please let me know how to increase the shared memory to resolve the issues.
