Automatic line items (such as the tax lines) are only calculated when the document is posted, not when it is parked.

Team,
Currently we are following the below process in entering the first line on non-po invoice receipt
invoice w/ tax---> 0.00 tax amount ----> tick calc tax box
invoice w/out tax----> manually enter tax amount ----> untick calc tax box
My questions is that , Can we just untick the calc on both scenarios since technically we are just manually enter the tax amount and overriding the systems calculation?
Suggestions are also welcome. Thank you |
