I can see the delivery document in the PO history tab and the delivery qty
showing is 8. But when I check the EKET table, it's found that the
delivered qty is 4 and the goods issued is also 4.

Did you check if the related delivery was not seen in the PO history tab? If yes, did you try to create a new delivery for the STO item quantity of "4"? If you check in EKET table did you see if the item has been issued?
