Normally the SAP has all the item part numbers with items list, details etc updated, only thing is you need to update the part numbers and all other things populate on their own. Even vendor would be suggested, maybe you mayhave to make a change based on that. Just copy all part numbers and paste it, your PO would be ready.
Hope you get all details right. In case any part numbers details do not populate add them into the SAP manually for the first time, you get all later on.
