a)for all the groupings, check that the same generation rule id is configured.
b)in Validity and deduction periods table - for all the groupings, check that the quota type has been configured for both validity and deduction period. Validity may be from the generation date till end of year (or till high date i.e., 999 years). Similarly for Deduction period - this controls how long a quota entitlement can be used by the relevant absence type. |
