| | | ---------------Original Message--------------- From: Jagan Gunja Sent: Tuesday, March 25, 2014 7:06 PM Subject: Absence Quota Generation based on days I suggest the following assuming the quota type is RL: 1. Time types: -1a)Create a time type (T/T) say 9RL1, as daily, no need for accumulation. -1b)Create a time type say 9RL2 daily with accumulation. 2. Date type: -2a)Create a date type say ZR for Quota type eligibility start date. -2b)Insert this date type and value when a person becomes eligible; it may be when he/she starts service or becomes permanent, as the case may be. This can be part of the pers.action. -2c)For existing employees insert this with LSMW and PA30 transaction recording. 3. In V_T559L - -3a)Accrual tab - daily accrual with t/t ZRL1. -3b)Generation tab - on accrual -3c)In quota entitlement table, for quota type RL, set the value = 1. -3d)Reduction rules - see what is required. 4. In time schema before functions CUMBT and QUOTA -4a)PCR1 - If t/t 9RL2 monthly value (HRS=M9RL2) =10, -add 1 to t/t 9RL1 (HRS=1 ADDDB9RL1); -set monthly value of 9RL2 to zero (HRS=0 ADDMB9RL2Z) -4b)PCR2 - If the date type ZR value is not in future, add 1 to t/t 9RL2. You may need to modify the value of 9RL2 by a fraction if an employee's absence with no pay impacts the abs quota eligibility. Above should work. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
