Check out VARID (this has userid, create date, change date), VARIS (useful if the same program has variants for different screens), and VARIT (has the short description of each variant) in addition to VARI. If you're really looking for the parameters entered for a given program then you'll need the function module. There are so many different possibilities for fields and field content that you really can't get that from a simple table. We've made use of VARID to look up a given user's preferred variant for a program so we can use that variant when building a screen. Carl
