Yes, from sapnote 1169247 I have to implement sapnote 1256384 by using tcode SNOTE but get error message "OCS locked by user sapbasis with transaction SAINT". I cannot edit program manually in SE38 because I don't have access key.
I think I must reset SAINT, any way to reset/unlocked SAINT from user sapbasis?

i didn't find file SAPAB70015.SMG but no issue in authorization users (smgadm and sapserviceSMG) because they have full authorization. if i saw file SAPAB70015.SMG in log folder i found this error
