What you absolutely WILL have is the same information repeated in every line followed by a different ZNOTE detail value, until something else (VBFA value, VBELN value, etc) changes. So if table 1 has a single value followed by 5 lines each with 10 ZNOTE entries, you'll have 50 lines where the table 1 value repeats. The first of the 5 lines will repeat 10 times, etc. If you wish to do more of what Horacio suggests in the look of the query, you could play with the header text of the query so that the table 1 value is held, then the first table 2 value is held, followed by the 10 lines of table 3. Do that by doing a sort on the first and second table values. SAP will automatically give you header and footer entries for those items. Delete the footers but keep the headers.
