Click on APPEND
Then ….Check Version….. ENTER
Type version as : 0 …. And ENTER….
Select the Line indicating version 0
Click the Tab: ‘Setting for Each Fiscal Year’ and enter the values relevant for the year.
Then SAVE.
Now you have successful maintained the version for the Year 2007.
