Therefore it's important for use to have the information which was the origin training assignment. I prefer to assign for the new employee number by transaction ppome the qualification by hand and create a remark with a link to the origin employee number and training event. I believe we will have the same issue for employees which are hired by the company. How do you bring the qualifications from the new employee in the SAP system? Regards, Michael
