When you get the error on SAINT, look at the first icon from left to right on the upper left side, it's a magnifying glass, there you'll see the true reason why you can't install that Add-On.
My bet is that you need a higher SP level either in one or several components, specially on GW_CORE since i see you have no SP imported for that component. Check Prereq for that Add-On.

I am trying to install
IW_FND 250 IW_FND 250: Add-On Installation.
using saint and we already have
WEBCUIF 731 0006 SAP Web UI Framework
installed on our system.
but I get the following error
OCS package SAPK-250AGINIWFND does not match the
current software component vector
WEBCUIF,701 X Non-permitted release of add-on WEBCUIF installed
How to overcome this ?
