options about posting.
I know about configuration steps and the tables to follow. However I would
like to know about Account assignment type, how to know which wage type to
be linked to which account assignment type.
wage type ---> symbolic account ---> account assignment type
which wage type will have two effects? and why?
All i know is the wage types related to salaries or wages has to assign to
Expense account as they are the cost to the company, like wise can you
throw some light on this.
When an employee and employer has to contribute then to which account type
we need to assign. e.g PF, LWF, etc

Use transaction PC00_M99_DKON to get the necessary GL and symbolic accounts assigned to necessary wage types.
If you want to see the actual posting results, go to transaction PCP0, go into the relevant posting document, click on the Select all buttons and then click on the Display revision information button (to the left of the Select all button). Change layout if required for required data.
