Reply from LRKSVS on Feb 23 at 11:25 PM Hi Mr. Selvamurugan, Assuming that the derivation rules have been changed form the beginning of the next year.... The open POs might have been carried over to the next year with the old commitment items. Therefore, instead of changing the commitment items, is it not tenable to continue the old commitment items for the old POs and have new commitment items for the POs that are created from the next year? While carrying over the open items, you might have carried over the budget to the old commitment items only. This problem stays only for one year. I am eager to know what ultimately is the solution for this problem. kindly post the final solution. Regards, ..Sastry

In the next year, we have changed the cost center and Fund center combination as 1:1 eg 1000, 1001 Cost center mapped to fund center 1000 and 1001 respectively. Issues: In the Purchase orders and Service Entry sheets already created, previous derivation has not changed. Since, Fund Center field is not appearing in service entry sheet, I could identify the derivation through FM Trace. I have tried FMCA/FMCT, derivation change is throwing up errors. Clarifications Sought for: Procedure to implement the new derivation without changing the Purchase orders. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
