Reply from crepmaster on Feb 9 at 8:16 PM Thanx Terry and the end I have create the event with an implicit enhancement in the VOE4 and it's working great but I have some issue in design correctly my wf. My goal is to alert users that the idoc of a document is been sent without the correct function partner ( I'm checking it the an user-exit). when the event occurs I feel a ztable with the client name and the order. This triggers the workflow that sends a the work item to use user. he can then insert the right partner in the voe4 and the workflow ends. My issue is that I want to cancel the work item or completed the wf if a correct value has been entered in VOE4 even by another user so not necessarily with the work item. My enhancement triggers every changes in the edpar and if a correct value it's inserted for a kunnr I want to go and cancel the workitem or the workflow in other not to leave so many wf started and not finished. I don't know if I'm clear enough.
