Use OMUP Release creation profile. Customize the bucket as you want weekly, monthly, and daily basis
and attach this profile in you schedule agreement in the Item level.

Two ways to do this - presuming you are not using APO!!
1 On the MRP1 screen set the MRP type to WB (Weekly batches)
OR better still
2 Create a vendor calendar (transaction MD25)which has one entry for each week. The advantage of using Vendor Calendars is that you can remove any weeks when the vendor has a shutdown, so MRP will plan for the supply of material to cover the shutdown to be available before the vendor holiday. Once you have created the calendar, it is entered on the MRP2 screen in the Planning Calendar field. You also need to change the MRP type to whichever one has been set up in your system to use the planning calendar.
