As suggested you are using a Z-Transactions Specific to your requirement---You can add /Remove the logic of not to include Shipments done after 31st Jan with your Abaper.
Still if you feel help--Kindly furnish the Complete programming --thereby we can add our suggestions required.

At present when we want to know the outstanding sale order qty and amount at particular date let say at Jan 31,2014 to report on monthly account closing on Feb 04, 2014, we run tcode zdoa. But they show incorrect result ie.
1- Zdoa show all those order which are pending on Jan 31 and against these order they also exclude shipment made in Feb.
I want to know those order which are pending on Jan 31 and against these order shipment made till Jan 31.
I do not want that shipment after Jan 31 will be include in outstanding orders.
I hope this explanation clears my requirement |
