Can you send some screen shots of the InfoCube(s), MultiProvider and BEx Query.
Also, as a test, try putting an aggregation level on top of the MultiProvider and copy the BEx query to the aggregation level(used as the source InfoProvider rather than the MultiProvider) and run that.
