I am not sure but, have you checked the prerequisites of SWPM
(70SWPM*.SAR), does it support your current ECC6 ? just have a look into
the prerequisites of using SWPM, is anything missing ? Also check the ports.

I need to take an export of an ECC 6.0 system which is currently running on Windows 2003 R2 x64 -bit and import it on a Windows 2008 R2 machine.
