Have you tried through PAM ? Because WEBCUIF is on 731 , so *_FND
also should be on 731 level .

I am trying to install
IW_FND 250 IW_FND 250: Add-On Installation.
using saint and we already have
WEBCUIF 731 0006 SAP Web UI Framework
installed on our system.
but I get the following error
OCS package SAPK-250AGINIWFND does not match the
current software component vector
WEBCUIF,701 X Non-permitted release of add-on WEBCUIF installed
How to overcome this ?
