I'm kind of grasping at straws here. Which receipt did you record first? The 2 for blocked stock or the 8 good ones? If you did the GR for 8 first, can you repeat this scenario and look at your values in between the GR for 8 and the GR for 2? Then do the second GR and see what happens. Also, what Confirmation Type did you choose when using CO11 each time? I'm wondering if you selected Final Confirmation and it locked in the qty of 2. Naturally, if you've got custom code, then it's possible you're stepping on your own toes.

Hi Gurus,
We are using Discrete Manufacturing.
We have production order A = 10 pcs.
Confirm yield = 8 pcs goes to unrestricted stock
Confirmed scrap = 2 pcs goes to blocked stock
MB51 shows correct GR and material documents for the 2 kinds of stocks were delivered to storage location but the GR qty that is reflected on the order is only for the 2 pcs and not the total 10 pcs. We are using a customized program calling CO11 and MB31 in doing the confirmation and Goods Receipt. Has anybody encountered qty inconsistency in production order? Appreciate your help. Thanks.
