Reply from achyuth_1 on Jan 27 at 1:10 PM If you have restored the database from the backup of another database (Prod), your license becomes invalid because the hardware key has changed.. Re-apply the license key for this current hardware key. Please be more specific about your "deleting the data files and archive logs" question. Thanks Achyuth
