Question from Chris on Dec 26 at 4:13 PM IT 0197 is for Malaysia to provide social security protections to all employees/workers. In the above infotype there is a field called SOCSO number, on the screen level, if we see it is allowing only 9 characters. But recently due to govt guidelines this has been extended from 9 characters to 12 characters on screen level. As this is legal change, I searched for OSS notes, but I was unable to find anything. Looks like customization is the only option. Did anybody encounter similar situation, does it have an OSS note from SAP ? If yes, please share your thoughts/OSS note number.
