complained to business?

Subject: SAP TD - Product Stuck in Truck
The user performed a delivery of product in a truck and there was some product left over. We need to remove the product from the truck and bring it back into inventory at the plant. The Shipment has already been fully processed and thus we can't reverse any documents to change the remaining qty from 'Left On Truck' to 'Return'.
My question is this: Is there a way to remove the material from the truck and bring it back into the plant? Or if that isn't possible, to update the truck to zero quantity and account for the quantity as a loss?
Any help is greatly appreciated. |
