There are reasons of rejections in SAP standard as the img path given here
by phanikumar. You can also create your own reasons of rejections as per
the business requirement.

yes it can be configured in SPRO by going to IMG>>SD>>>Sales
Documents>>>Sales Doc item>>> define Reason for rejection.
