Reply from sfhkr on Nov 22 at 5:24 AM In customizing you can define dependent step to before 'Create Return Delivery' is possible. -> Dependent Follow Function maintained under Action Box in customizing. Typically you need to enter a QM Activity Description before you can make the return delivery. Its the first point in the action box list.

This is currently in the Acton Box but when I click or double click nothing happens. Other actions do work such as assign vendor, Log a telephone call and Assign Purchasing Document.
I have not found a config point to do this. |
