Check if the main report connection string is the same as the code used to reference the sub report. Error is due to connection string.

SAP Crystal Report 2008 Sub Report Issue:
I have a report that have hyperlinks to two sub reports, the main report loaded in the .NET web application without any issues, the only problem is with the sub report, when I try to launch the sub reports from the main report I get the error message.
I Will get the following error when I try to load the sub report from the main report in my .NET application.

But when I use the Crystal Report 2008 Development Tool to launch bot the main and the sub reports they loaded fine without any issues. Do you have similar experiences, can you point me the right way?
