You'll have to cancel/reverse the invoice,the shipment and the goods movement(MBST on the material document generated when performing the GI).Hope this helps

We are shipping an item to a customer and completed all of the outbound yard management steps including vehicle checkout. At the gate, after the checkout, the item was called back by the plant for a quality reason. How do we reverse all of the yard management transactions for the return?
