Each and every form will be developed in GE or EN initially after that only they will convert in to pertaining languages. Either you to login in CH as some of the major test will be in EN.Or go to SE63 enter the form type the existing language and see how it is in ch,or vice versa ch,en.while check in pdf you will not see the CH conversion because you are logging in English language 'EN'. Or you check with your functional what is that to be changed.
