change dates, lock.

Hello,
I have a problem using the BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN for updating WBS-Dates.
More precisely, I try to modify the dates for a WBS Element which has the status LKD (Locked).
The information message which I receive is correct (CJ175 - " The dates for WBS Element & cannot be changed"). It is wrong that I receive a POP UP screen while executing the BAPI instead of seeing the message in the table that the bapi returns.
I have checked for SAP Notes, but I have found none for this message issued by FM "CJDT_PRTE_MODIFY', called within the bapi.
Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution for it?
