We have a depreciation key (15) that is only used for reporting purposes and doesn't make any actual postings.
The user need this key to do a multi-level depreciation. I was able to get it right, except for one issue. As soon as the asset is older than 2 years, the special depreciation is not calculated for the first year.
Details on the setup: 3 Year multi-level. Year 1 - 50% of acq value, Year 2 - 30% of Acq value and Year 3 - 20% of Acq value - resulting in a ZERO NBV.
Now there are some old assets, older than 3 years. As soon as I change there depr key to the new one, it doesn't go back to year 1 to do the 50% calculation.
What am I doing wrong?
