I set up the rule for COBL-RMVCT to be substituted if the field is blank.
However, coding block gets start running before substitution function runs in FB01 or CJ88.
I want to know two things.
1. whether or not that substitution into COBL-RMVCT is available if coding block runs.
2. if substitution into COBL-RMVCT is available, what setting is needed.
