According to abaphelp, there is a length addition you could use (just read that help before using it, please).

I've tried a different approach: send character by character with another addition: no-end-of-line (or something like that). We store some images in a byte by byte sequence, and we rebuild them in a different location sending the bytes in the order they were originally read using transfer. it works fine and fast.

BTW, Do you really need that length?

Subject: Write Data in DATASET Using the Transfer Statement

Hi,

Yes, I have tried it. After I run my program I go to al11 to see the content of the file.
Only the firs 512 characters are shown. I also downloaded the file on my computer
and opened it with excel(it's a .csv file). The same happens, only the first 512 characters.

kind Regards,
Bogdan
