Configuring in SAP won't help. Hard copies bypass the SAP spooler.
Configuration uses the SAP spooler.
You might consider asking on the basis side what printers are not supported
so well by the App...

Hardcopy function doesn't give you an option to choose printer. As soon as you hit Hard Copy, it will print on default printer. We also tried configuring this printer in SAP. It didn't work.
Any other ideas?
