If your print preview shows your mirror like image ,then the problem
might be your printer settings or check your spad, if these two are working
fine then its a technical problem.so you can change your printer settings
with the help of BASIS team.

Maybe a wrong printer device is linked to the printer. Is there nothing on SDN?
Or otherwise, you should uncheck the 'Mirror Image' attribute in the Smartform (LOL)
