Though SAP usually shows the line in FB03 as unable to display line, though via an ALV view I am unable to know the result ... haven't checked this function for a while.
No use of CAPS thank-you, it is a sign of anger and very offensive.
Lastly, If you have access to SE16N then check and view the document, other than this use the document journal program in SAP to see if you can view the document too.

There is a Vendor Line item missing in SAP, posting date was 07.08.2012.
We have a document reference number and all the relevant details, I checked all the open/close and cleared Vendor Line Items but no luck.
