Your billing or recognition of revenue comes from the obligations from the goods receipt thus it satisfies the requirement of being included in POC, revenue related billings and any other method that shows expense incurred. Your obligations (liabilities) however may not be correct because you may have paid some invoice outside of logistic invoice processing which resulted in duplicate payments. You have some reconciliation to do and you have a risk of over paying vendors but your expenses recorded to customer projects should still be eligible for RR treatment.

Hi FI Experts,
I have query related to MR11. After doing MR11 does it effect on revenue (RR) which is recongnised after creation of PO Good Receipts? Like MR11 creates the reverse entry of GR.
Please anybody help me out in this. I have done MR11 for Many PO's where there is GR but NO IR. Does it help me to save any amount of cost in terms of USD. |
