We are facing an issue on production where when executing F-30 to clear some open items we get an error stating "Sales Document XXXXX is not in the database or has been archived" When checking online and on OSS notes I couldn't find a clear note that talks about this issue on this transaction but there is some information about transactions that can not be executed on archived sales orders. The interesting part is that the user is claiming that it works fine sometimes but others not, meaning that even when the orders is archived it completes the posting but in other cases it gives the above error.
Has anyone seen this issue before? Any information will be useful.
